塑料桶测试主要包括以下几个方面:

1.物理性能测试

·尺寸检测:精确测量桶的高度、直径、壁厚等尺寸，确保符合设计要求，使用卡尺等工具，偏差应在规定范围内，如直径偏差不超过+2mm，这能保证塑料桶可以适配相应的设备或空间。

·重量测试:用电子秤测量塑料桶重量，和标称重量对比，以判断材料是否符合要求或有无偷工减料。例如，5L食品级PP塑料桶，其重量偏差在±5%以内算合格。

1. Physical performance test

·Dimension detection: Accurately measure the height, diameter, wall thickness and other dimensions of the barrel to ensure that they meet the design requirements. Use tools such as calipers. The deviation should be within the specified range, such as the diameter deviation should not exceed +2mm. This can ensure that the plastic barrel can fit the corresponding equipment or space.

·Weight test: Use an electronic scale to measure the weight of the plastic barrel and compare it with the nominal weight to determine whether the material meets the requirements or whether there is any cutting corners. For example, a 5L food-grade PP plastic barrel is qualified if its weight deviation is within ±5%

2.机械性能测试

·抗压测试:通过压力试验机对塑料桶施加垂直压力，模拟堆叠等情况，观察桶体变形和承受的最大压力，合格的塑料桶能承受一定压力而不破裂，如常见的20l塑料桶要能承受至少500N的压力（约等于500N=51.020408公斤）。

·抗冲击测试:利用落锤冲击试验机从不同高度和角度对桶体进行冲击，检查其抗冲击性能。如从1m高度落下1kg的重锤，桶体不应出现破裂情况。

2. Mechanical performance test

· Compression test: Apply vertical pressure to the plastic barrel through a pressure tester to simulate stacking and observe the deformation of the barrel and the maximum pressure it can withstand. A qualified plastic barrel can withstand a certain pressure without breaking. For example, a common 20l plastic barrel must be able to withstand a pressure of at least 500N (approximately 500N=51.020408 kg).

· Impact test: Use a drop hammer impact tester to impact the barrel from different heights and angles to check its impact resistance. If a 1kg hammer is dropped from a height of 1m, the barrel should not break.

3.化学性能测试

·耐腐蚀性测试:将塑料桶浸泡在不同酸碱度的化学溶液(如pH值为2-12的溶液)中，经过一定时间(如72小时)后，观察桶体是否有被腐蚀的迹象，包括变色、变形、强度下降等。

化学物质迁移测试:对于食品级塑料桶，会用模拟食品的溶剂(如酒精、乙酸等)填充，在一定温度下放置一段时间，检测溶剂中是否有塑料桶的化学成分迁移出来，确保符合食品安全标准。

3. Chemical performance test

·Corrosion resistance test: Soak the plastic barrel in chemical solutions with different pH values (such as solutions with a pH value of 2-12). After a certain period of time (such as 72 hours), observe whether the barrel body has signs of corrosion, including discoloration, deformation, and strength reduction.

Chemical migration test: For food-grade plastic barrels, they will be filled with solvents that simulate food (such as alcohol, acetic acid, etc.) and placed at a certain temperature for a period of time to detect whether the chemical components of the plastic barrel migrate out of the solvent to ensure compliance with food safety standards.

 

4.密封性能测试

气密测试:在桶内充入一定压力的气体，将其浸入水中或者使用气密检测仪，观察是否有气泡产生或者压力变化，确保没有气体泄漏，这对存储易挥发物质的塑料桶很重要·液密测试:往桶内装满水或者其他液体，盖紧盖子后，将桶倒置、横放或摇晃，检查是否有液体渗漏，保证存储液体的安全性。环境适应性测试

4. Sealing performance test

Air tightness test: Fill the barrel with gas of a certain pressure, immerse it in water or use an air tightness detector to observe whether bubbles are generated or pressure changes to ensure that there is no gas leakage. This is very important for plastic barrels that store volatile substances. Liquid tightness test: Fill the barrel with water or other liquids, close the lid, turn the barrel upside down, place it horizontally or shake it, and check whether there is liquid leakage to ensure the safety of the stored liquid. Environmental adaptability test

5. 耐温测试:在高温(如80℃)和低温(如-20℃C)环境下分别放置一定时间(如24小时)，然后检査塑料桶的性能，包括是否变形、破裂，密封性能是否受影响等耐候性测试:通过人工模拟阳光、雨水、湿度等自然环境条件，或者将塑料桶放置在自然环境中数月，观察其外观和性能变化，例如是否褪色、变脆等

5. Temperature resistance test: Place the plastic barrel in high temperature (such as 80℃) and low temperature (such as -20℃) environment for a certain period of time (such as 24 hours), and then check the performance of the plastic barrel, including whether it is deformed, cracked, whether the sealing performance is affected, etc. Weather resistance test: artificially simulate natural environmental conditions such as sunlight, rain, humidity, etc., or place the plastic barrel in the natural environment for several months to observe its appearance and performance changes, such as whether it fades, becomes brittle, etc.
